HZK Double direction thrust ball bearings type 52000 can withstand axial thrust loads in two directions, and can limit the movement of the shaft and housing in one direction. These bearings have a separable design for easy installation, removal and bearing inspection.
Thrust ball bearing series include: 51000 series, 52000 series, 53000 series, 53000U series, 54000 series, and 54000U series.
Single-direction thrust ball bearings can withstand unidirectional axial loads.
Double-direction thrust ball bearings can withstand bidirectional axial loads. In double-direction thrust ball bearings, the raceway fits perfectly onto the shaft. The spherical mounting surface of the raceway provides self-aligning performance, minimizing the effects of installation errors.
Thrust ball bearings cannot withstand radial loads and have a lower maximum speed.
