HZK Deep Groove Ball Bearings consist of an outer ring, an inner ring, a set of steel balls, and a cage. Deep groove ball bearings are available in single-row and double-row configurations. Deep groove ball bearings are also classified into sealed and open configurations. Open configurations are unsealed, while sealed deep groove ball bearings are classified into dust-proof seals and oil-proof seals. Dust-proof seals are stamped from steel and simply prevent dust from entering the bearing raceways. Oil-proof configurations use contact seals, effectively preventing grease from escaping the bearing.
HZK Deep Groove Ball Bearings are primarily designed to withstand radial loads. When operating solely under radial load, the contact angle is zero. Increasing the radial clearance allows them to achieve angular contact bearing performance, thus supporting combined radial and axial loads. The axial load limit is generally 0.25-0.5 times the rated static load. They are capable of self-aligning within a range of 2'-10', but require high concentricity in the mounting seat, and tilting may affect service life. The standard series includes single-row and double-row, stainless steel, and ceramic types. Suffixes such as M (brass cage) and 2RS (double-sided seal) are used to distinguish these characteristics.
HZK Deep Groove Ball Bearings generally utilize a stamped steel cage. However, for larger sizes that are difficult to stamp or for high-speed rotation, a machined cage is used. These bearings are typically available with dust covers, seals, non-contact rubber covers, contact rubber covers, or snap rings.
HZK Deep Groove Ball Bearings are the most widely used and representative type of rolling bearing. These bearings feature arc-shaped deep grooves on both the inner and outer ring raceways, capable of withstanding radial, axial, and combined loads. Their simple structure allows for high precision and is suitable for high-speed rotation.
HZK Double-row deep groove ball bearings are rolling bearings with a deep-groove raceway design. Standard models include 4200A and 4300A. While having the same outer and inner diameters as single-row deep groove ball bearings, they feature a greater axial width and significantly higher radial load capacity than single-row models, making them suitable for configurations where the load capacity of single-row bearings is insufficient.
HZK Thin-walled bearings are small, lightweight bearings with ultra-thin cross-sections. They are primarily available in seal types such as RS and ZZ. They are manufactured by manufacturers like Luoyang Preson. Their inner diameter to outer diameter ratio is ≤1.25, and they utilize a uniform cross-section design to maintain high precision and strong load-bearing capacity. They include thin-walled crossed roller bearings, deep groove ball bearings, and four-point contact ball bearings, achieving product precision levels of P4 and P2.
HZK Thin-walled bearings cross-section design and hollow shaft technology reduce friction torque by reducing the diameter of the steel ball, achieving lightweight and miniaturization while improving rotational accuracy and rigidity. Products include a variety of structures such as dust cover, flange, stainless steel, and wide width. Typical models include the 6900 and 6800 series. They can withstand radial and axial loads and have a maximum speed of 6500 r/min (oil lubrication).
