HZK Angular Contact Ball Bearings because the raceways of the inner and outer rings of angular contact ball bearings can move relative to each other on the horizontal axis, they can simultaneously withstand radial and axial loads—a combined load. (Single-row angular contact ball bearings can only withstand unidirectional axial loads and are therefore typically installed in pairs.) Cage materials include brass (ACM, BM), synthetic resin (AC), and steel (with an E suffix), depending on the bearing type and operating conditions.
Single-row angular contact ball bearings can only bear axial loads in one direction. When bearing radial loads, additional axial forces will be generated, and the corresponding reverse loads must be applied. Therefore, these bearings are generally used in pairs. Double-row angular contact ball bearings can bear large combined radial and axial loads and moment loads, mainly radial loads. They can limit the bidirectional axial displacement of the shaft or housing, and have a contact angle of 30 degrees.
The accuracy grade of angular contact ball bearings includes dimensional tolerance and rotational accuracy. The accuracy is expressed from low to high as P0 (normal), P6 (P6X), P5, P4, P2.
