HZK Angular Contact Ball Bearings primarily withstand large unidirectional axial loads. The larger the contact angle, the greater the load capacity. Cage materials include steel, brass, or engineering plastics, and are formed by stamping or turning, depending on the bearing type and operating conditions. Other types include combined angular contact ball bearings, double-row angular contact ball bearings, and four-point contact ball bearings.
HZK angular contact bearings are available in the following series:
1. Single-row: 78XX, 79XX, 70XX, 72XX, 73XX, 74XX
2. Miniature: 70X
3. Double-row: 52XX, 53XX, 32XX, 33XX, LD57, LD58
4.Four-point contact: QJ2XX, QJ3XX
Double-row angular contact ball bearings, both A- and E-design, are available with either dust covers (non-contact) or seals (contact). Sealed bearings are filled with rust-resistant lithium-based grease and operate within a temperature range of -30°C to 110°C. They require no relubrication during use and do not require heating prior to installation.
