HZK bearing factory has a full range of types, including CA brass integrated cage, CC double row steel cage, MB double row brass cage, MA vibration screen bearing, E SKF technology, E1 FAG technology, CCJA SKF technology, EAE4 NSK technology, EJ TIMKEN technology
HZK Spherical roller bearings excel in durability and performance, even in demanding environments and operating conditions. These bearings have a unique design with self-alignment capability in the outer ring, which is based on the curvature of the raceway and rolling elements.
CA copper self-aligning roller bearings utilize a solid alloy copper cage. This material boasts high strength and excellent wear resistance, contributing to enhanced overall bearing performance and enabling it to withstand substantial impact loads. This is thanks to its robust cage and symmetrical roller design. These bearings are particularly suitable for equipment requiring high impact loads, such as those used in vibration-damping applications, road rollers, and piling machines.
MB split-type copper self-aligning roller bearings possess high load-carrying capacity, capable of withstanding large radial loads and axial loads in any direction. This strong load-carrying capacity allows the bearings to operate stably even under heavy loads or vibration loads, and the stable operation of the bearings is crucial to the overall operational stability of the equipment. Through their superior performance characteristics, MB split-type copper self-aligning roller bearings ensure stable equipment operation, reducing downtime and maintenance costs caused by bearing failures.
CC-type self-aligning roller bearings feature symmetrical rollers, with no center flange or end face flange on the inner ring. The cage is a separate, stamped steel design, which helps reduce cage weight and moment of inertia, thereby increasing the bearing's limiting speed. The movable spacer helps reduce internal friction and frictional losses, extending bearing life. Furthermore, the cage windows use point locking to prevent rollers from falling out, and the locking points are beveled, increasing cage strength and further improving bearing reliability.
HZK Spherical roller bearings excel in durability and performance, even in demanding environments and operating conditions. These bearings have a unique design with self-alignment capability in the outer ring, which is based on the curvature of the raceway and rolling elements.
E-type self-aligning roller bearings feature symmetrical spherical rollers, two hardened steel stamped cages, an inner ring without flanges, and a cage-guided intermediate ring. Advantages include: a robust bearing cage design with low wear; two semi-circular intermediate rings for easy assembly and disassembly; superior roller and lubricant guidance compared to existing cages; and suitability for quieter, lower-temperature environments.
EAE4 spherical roller bearings are used in all kinds of applications where heavy loads have to be accommodated or where
shaft deflections or misalignments of bearing seats must be
compensated for. They operate reliably in the harshest environmental conditions, for example in gearboxes, paper machines,
construction machinery and vibrating machinery.
MA type: Employs an externally guided brass alloy (stamped steel plate alloy) solid cage. The outer diameter surface of the cage is a spherical arc surface. It features two externally guided double-half solid cages in opposing positions. Multiple circumferentially distributed oil grooves are located on the outer spherical surface perpendicular to the contact end faces of the two double-half solid cages, enhancing lubrication. MA type self-aligning roller bearings are widely used in mining vibrating machinery, vibrating screens, and vibrating motors, serving as a key component in such equipment. These bearings operate under harsh conditions, including high humidity, abundant dust particles, high speed, high temperature, and intense vibration and impact, resulting in extremely high workloads.
Self-aligning roller bearings improve operational reliability, reduce size, increase power density, extend lubricant life, and lower overall operating costs. These bearings feature double-row rollers, with one common spherical raceway on the outer ring and two raceways on the inner ring angled relative to the bearing axis. This ingenious design gives them self-aligning properties, making them less susceptible to errors in the shaft-housing angle or shaft bending. They are suitable for applications where angular errors are caused by installation mistakes or shaft deflection. In addition to radial loads, these bearings can withstand bidirectional axial loads.
Split bearing seats (called tile boxes in northern China) are divided into SN200, SN300, SN500, SN600, SD500, SD600, SD200, SD300, SD3000, SD3100, SD3200, SNU500 (SNH, SNV, SNF, SNK, SNG, the requirements are the same, but different companies have different terms), referred to as SN series bearing seats according to the different selected bearings and shaft requirements.
